Automanage is an important feature that a lot of users aren't really aware of, and that's not easy to monitor. One idea for improving this is exposing it in the Document Grid.

This has been implemented and will show up in the next release of Skyline-Daily.
There are now properties "Auto Select Peptides" (on Proteins), "Auto Select Precursor" (on Peptides) and "Auto Select Transitions" (on Precursors).
