Within small molecules full scan/DIA experiment (QTOF Data), precursor isotope peaks (M+1, M+2) are not automatically shown with the molecule (although specified in MS1 filtering setting with 3 Peaks Count). Only the precursor mass is shown

It was just a settings issue - precursor ions weren't turned on.
