Hi Sue,
It sounds like you are going to need to get through all the updates for your system, which must be running Windows 7?
We had to update to using more modern and secure protocols for interacting with Chorus. Since then we have seen a handful of these errors, on systems where Windows Update has not been functioning automatically and the systems are badly out of date.
Please check Windows Update and let us know if this is not the case (i.e. you are fully up to date), and then which system you are using.
