Title»Missing 2nd transition for some samples_small molecules
Assigned To»Brendan MacLean
Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»3
Milestone»3.6
I just recently started using Skyline daily for small molecules (version 3.5.1.9753). We are collecting data using a Waters Xevo TQ-S and Windows 7 is our operating system. We are running into instances where sometimes the second transition of a compound is not importing into skyline. I attached two screen shots to illustrate. All samples were collected in the same run and then imported together but there are two samples where it was unable to bring in the second transition. We have tried removing the samples with issues and re-importing them but this only fixes the problem sometimes. Is there something else I can try to fix this problem?

Thanks!
