Title»MaxQuant library builder fails to understand T(2) modification
Assigned To»kaipot@u.washington.edu
Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»2
Milestone»3.6
This was reported by a user in a support request:

The function MaxQuantReader::searchForMod() makes too strong assumptions about modification abbreviations being 2 characters long. It should be looking for the close parenthesis.
