I have a file that seems to have been corrupted. I am unable to change some of the Transition Settings.
"Transition Settings" -> Filter tab -> Ion types:
When I change "y, b, p" to "y, b" by deleting p (and the comma), Click OK and I get an error message. This also occurs when I try to change Precursor charges, Ion charges, or make changes to Special ions.

I do not have problems like this with other files.

This error can sometimes happen if you have checked "Dynamic min product m/z" on:
Settings > Transition Settings > Filter

the workaround in Skyline 3.5 is to uncheck that box.

This bug has been fixed in Skyline-Daily.
