Title»Remove asymetric isolation scheme support and add ability to specify a margin

Milestone»3.6
The existing Edit Isolation Scheme form allows for asymmetric isolation windows, which were only necessary for Sciex data files before they fixed the WiffReader DLL to return symmetric windows. We should get rid of this checkbox, and replace it with one that allows a margin (possibly also asymmetric margins?) along with the window. This is now a far more reasonable case than asymmetric windows. Now that both Sciex and Thermo allow the measured isolation windows to be retrieved from the data files, this would make the need for pre-specified isolation schemes far less important in many cases, and decrease the likelihood of users making mistakes when they did not specify the original isolation scheme, but are instead working with data files from others.
