- Create document with "Carbamidomethyl (C)" and peptide PEPCIDER.
- copy
- New document with "Carbamidomethyl Cysteine".
- paste
- right-click on PEPCIDER > Modify... to see "Carbomidomethyl (C)" is still used.
- click Reset to see "Carbomidomethyl Cysteine" is the default

Seems like this would be much better for users, if it recognized that "Carbamidomethyl (C)" is equivalent to "Carbamidomethyl Cysteine" and used a PeptideDocNode without explicit modifications.
