This has already come up multiple times now. It would be very nice to be able to see isolation targets and windows on the full-scan graph. The information is on the spectrum objects we retrieve from ProteowizardWrapper, but I just had to use a debugger to get access to them.

At its simplest, we should have a mode that writes these as text in a corner of the graph with a right-click option (toolbar button?) to hide and show them.

It was also suggested during the UW Targeted Proteomics Course this year that we could show the isolation windows for the MS/MS spectrum as a shaded region (or shaded regions for multiplexed isolation) on the MS1 spectrum graph.

Both would be great, and they shouldn't be too hard to achieve.
