Title»Cannot access individual protein half-lives within Topograph
Assigned To»Nick Shulman
Type»Defect
Area»Topograph
Priority»0
Milestone»3.1
I successfully exported half-lives earlier today. A little while ago, I tried to look at the half-life of an individual protein (CG6395) in Topograph. It took an unusually long time to load, and then I got a blank graph and an error message (pasted in at the end of the report). I tried another couple of proteins and got error messages with them too.

I closed and reopened Topograph and recalculated half-lives. I still couldn't access individual protein half-lives.

I also cannot access individual peptides from the Peptide Analyses tab.
