Would be useful to have control over all font sizes in ChromatogramGraphProperties (Spectrum, Retention too) --
1. RT labels font size (as now)
2. ticker label font size
3. axis label font size
4. transition legend font size

Spectra:
ditto for axes and ticker.

This may now be duplicating other bugs you have. Maybe just consolidate display options into one bug, or use this bug, and duplicate the others. Though, make sure to include colors.

Fixed by Alex's work this summer. We now scale all fonts together with several general size choices.
