It is more work that it could be to define charged losses for which you want to monitor as transtions the lost ions. Currently you need to define modifications with neutral losses and then also define special ions in the Transition Settings - Filter tab in order to be able to monitor the loss ions.

We might want to define charged losses which automatically become losses that could be monitored as transitions.
