We should add radio buttons to the bottom of the Library Build page of the Import Peptide Search wizard to allow the choice of the following workflows:

1. DDA with MS1 filtering
2. PRM
3. DIA with DDA spectral library

Then, depending on the choice we would do different things in the pages that follow. We would also want to have an icon for each workflow on the Start page, and when coming from the Start page, we would not show the radio buttons.

For PRM, we would just need to enable the MS/MS filtering settings on the full-scan settings page of the wizard, with acquisition method specified as Targeted.

For DIA with DDA, we would need to also make it possible to specify the files for chromatogram extraction completely unrelated to the built spectral library.
