Title»Add support to Skyline for querying a Mascot Server directly for search results

Milestone»3.1
Will Thompson and other users have requested that we add support for Skyline communicating directly with a Mascot Server, rather than always require the export of cryptically named F<number>.dat files. We should be able to add this to the Library Build and the Import Peptide Search forms.

I have attached slides from Will. Please work with him to implement and test this. (when it reaches the top of your priority list)

Seems more in your realm now, Matt. Might still be useful if it seems feasible without a ton of work.
