Hi Brian,

I have a list of 136 UniProt IDs that are in my spectral library and background proteome. I tried to paste this list into the Tree View, but it gave me an error. I was successfully able to add the proteins by pasting the UniProt IDs into the Edit->Insert->Proteins menu, but only when I pasted them into the "Accession" field. Since it was a little difficult to figure this out, it would be helpful if users could add a list of proteins directly to the Tree View or "Name" section of the protein list. The Skyline document is too large to share, so I can put it on proteome if you'd like.

Thanks.

Scott
