In DIA methods it is often desirable to exclude product ions that fall within the m/z range of the precursor isolation window. That is, for a precursor 520.1234, which falls within the DIA window 500-525, if is desirable to exclude all product ions between 500-525 in the MS/MS scan on which product ion extraction is performed.

To enable this in the UI, we should remove from the Transition Settings - Filter tab, the field "Precursor m/z window", when the Full-Scan Acquisition method is DIA, and replace it with a checkbox "Exclude precursor isolation window" (only when an explicit isolation scheme is provided), which would have the effect described above. That is, when it is checked, for each precursor, all product ions that fall within the range(s) of the isolation windows that include it would be excluded from the targets list.
