As we discussed, I'd like you to consider implementing a workaround so that I could continue to use the log-plot method of calculating half-lives. Peptide replicates with adjusted turnover of 100% would be changed to 99.99999% so that the log transform wouldn't have to cope with a zero.

One possibility would be to make the rounding down a "checkable box" option.
