Lower priority than the IMS work, but something to consider, when we can find you time to double back to uses of protein details info.

A user has requested that it be possible to specify a list of proteins to accept rather than only a list of peptides, as we currently support through Edit > Refine > Accept Peptides. We might consider doing this by adding a dropdown list to the Accept Peptides form that allows:

Peptide Sequences
Modified Peptide Sequences
Protein Names
Protein Accessions
Protein Preferred Names

or something like that. We already have a checkbox for distinguishing between bare peptide sequences and modified peptide sequences.

Consider custom ion molecules with their addition to possible targets, and change menu to Edit > Accept > Targets

Another feature I think Alex could achieve.
