Apparently, SSL format from various sources may have peptide terminal modifications specified outside what we use internally. We should handle these and convert them to something that makes sense for us.

The following should be synonyms, with the lower formats converted to the top formats in both cases.

PEPTIDE[+123.456]
PEPTIDE-[+123.456]

and

P[+123.456]EPTIDE
[+123.456]PEPTIDE
[+123.456]-PEPTIDE
