I tried to make sure the strings (like "Find" and "Views") from the Live Reports toolbar ended up in .resx files to be localized, but clearly this didn't happen, because the Japanese version of Skyline still has these in English. You can test this by using SkylineTester on trunk to run the custom reports tutorial for Japanese.
