Clicking on the column headers in Live Reports should offer a menu with the same options as LabKey Server:
Sort Ascending
Sort Descending
Clear Sort

Clear Filter
The filter menu item should offer a simple filter form, like LabKey Server, which applies to the current view, without altering it. Also, the Live Reports toolbar probably needs something to clear all sorting and filtering applied in this way.
