As suggested by a Skyline user:

The TotalArea value includes both precursor and fragment ion areas. It would be nice if it was possible to export the area under only the precursors and the fragment ions, e.g. TotalPrecursorArea and TotalFragmentArea. I know that it is possible to export the Area and FragmentIon and then calculate the total areas manually in Excel. However, a direct export value from Skyline would be nice.
