The old GenePattern documentation for QuaSAR is attached here. It give detailed information about the arguments accepted by the QuaSAR module, and the fields that were presented on the GenePattern site, many of which now exist on the ArgsCollector for the Skyline External Tool version of QuaSAR.
We should pull as much of this information as is appropriate into the QuaSAR documentation on the Tool Store.
