Now that we allow Group By in the peak area graphs, people would like to have the ability to export row numbers like this through reports. Once we have finished the first version of Live Reports, we should consider making group-by queries possible, with the highest priority on simply making it possible to group by replicate annotations as we do in the graphs.

This is now duplicated by 515, but I am leaving both, because that makes it clearer the level of request for this feature and this one shows that users have wanted it for over 3.5 years.

In Skyline 4.1, we added the Pivot Editor which enables reports that have most of the functionality described here.
