Currently, the Q Exactive isolation list export is using actual CE values calculated from the Transition Settings - Prediction tab, Collision energy setting for the nCE column in the isolation list. This column, however, is supposed to be normalized collision energy, and will typically have the same value for all rows in this list. I am told that the MacCoss lab may be using 25 for this value in most cases.

We need to figure out what a good default value is for this field, and then just set it consistently. People can always change it outside Skyline using Excel, but the current implementation is confusing, and recently inspired a support request:
