Title»Light and heavy transitions can be different for several cases
Assigned To»Brendan MacLean
Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»3
Milestone»2.1
If a transition falls outside the instrument m/z range (either above the max or below the min m/z), this may occur for only the heavy precursor or only the light precursor, which can lead to a mismatch between the transitions for the light and heavy precursors. This can also happen for transitions excluded because of the precursor m/z exclusion window setting.
