I would like to add a new type of dot-product to Skyline.

The new dot-product would be a dot-product between an analyte precursor and a isotope labeled standard precursor (i.e. light v. heavy). And, of course, as we know from Audit, when the dot-product varies from 1.0 the probability of interference is higher.

It feels a little like the ratio values. And, I could probably just put them everywhere I allow a precursor ratio today. I suppose I could even name it "rdotp", as I already have "dotp" (spectral library to results - LibraryDotProduct in reports) and "idotp" (isotope distribution to results - IsotopeDotProduct in reports). So, "rdotp" would be (analyte results to standard results - ResultsDotProduct in reports?).
