It has been suggested that it would be nice to be able to hide the chromatograms for all transitions that do not contribute area to the total peak area for the precursor, essentially the transitions with red dot peak indicators.

This is now possible, because all quantitative transitions now contribute to total area, regardless of whether they are considered "detected". Only non-quantitative transitions don't contribute and those show up as dotted lines in the graphs and can be hidden.
