At present, MSGraph does not always leave enough room in the y scale to see all of multi-line annotations added during MSGraphPane.drawLabels().
Skyline has recently added more multi-line annotations on chromatograms for displaying mass error in PPM for high resolution extracted ion chromatograms.
I am seeing times when this pushes the retention time (first line of the annotation) out of the graphing area.
