Title»Interesting scenarios for Thermo tools require precursor mass shifts

A recent post to the support board has requested support for precursor mass shifts for compatibility with certain workflows involving Thermo tools like Xcalibur and LCQuan. Skyline currently requires that all transitions for a given precursor have identical precursor m/z values.

Ideally, this investigator would like a way to specify a mass shift for precursors for transition list export, and to have Skyline then recognize the shifted precursor m/z values as coming from the same precursor, similar to what Skyline already does for product m/z values in optimization runs.

Unlikely to make our priority list after so few requests over such a long period of time.
