Dear Brandon,
when I tried to merge two documents in skyline 1.2 via the import function I got the following error message:
Failure attempting to modify the document. DocNode missing results in document with replicates.
Also re-importing results files does not seem to help. I tried to merge *.sky files from different transition lists which have been acquired on the same sample and evaluated in version 1.1. I never had this problem there (I did the same merge there successfully), it just appeared after having installed the upgrade for 1.2. Is it a compatibility issue (do I have to re-do all the analyses again)? Do you have any suggestion?
