Hi Brendan,
I just installed version 1.1.9.3245 and spotted that whenever I use function edit > manage results > up/down and ok the change then i get the following error:
"Failure attempting to modify the document.
DocNode peak info found for file with no match in document results".
I also have an impression that the newest version of Skyline does not see peak annotations (view > results grid). All my previous annotations seem to have disappeared.
