Title»Peptides with only one Leu have average turnover scores lower than 1 when out of range
Assigned To»nicksh@u.washington.edu
Type»Defect
Area»Topograph
Priority»4
Milestone»1.2
When data points from peptides with only one Leu have turnover of 100% (ValueOutOfRange), they have turnover scores lower than 1. I would guess that this is not a problem, but since I don't know how it can happen, I wanted to bring it to your attention.

See November 2011 autophagy data, CG5269, WYGLTMEDIR.
