Title»Replace isolation width on full-scan settings tab with isolation scheme

Milestone»2.1
We should replace the current 'Isolation width' and 'Assymetric' fields with a new field called 'Isolation scheme', which will be a dropdown list, with an editable set of "isolation schemes". You will be able to add and edit isolation schemes, and an 'Edit Isolation Scheme' form will contain a two column grid with columns named Start m/z and End m/z. You will be able to populate this grid by editing, pasting or through a form which will take a Start m/z, End m/z and Isolation width, and create a consistent series of start and end m/z ranges of Isolation width from Start m/z to End m/z.

Maybe also an option to generate an optimal isolation scheme for the current document, given an isolation width. For a truly targeted DIA experiment, it should be possible to ignore certain ranges from which no data is required.

Also, once this is in place, we should be able to export DIA methods, as we do other full-scan methods.
