Title»Add original measurement times to .skyd file

Skyline chooses a consistent time interval for each peptide and uses linear interpolation to map intensities from their original measured times onto the consistent interval. The consistent interval has many advantages. Skyline favors smaller intervals, since this reduces distortion. Unfortunately, it also tends to increase the number of times at which intensities are recorded, giving the appearance of a greater number of "points across the peak" than were actually measured. Actual measurements across a peak is a useful metric, and the Skyline data cache (.skyd) should be adapted to store the original times at which measurements were recorded. The original intensities are probably not necessary. Having the times would allow them both to be represented on the chromatogram graphs and it would allow a value like MeasurementsAcross to be added to peaks for viewing in the results grid or export in reports.

This could be done with a method similar to mass errors, where each point in the stored chromatogram would contain a delta from the closest raw data point.

I think you will be the one implementing this, along with the ability to view full-scan spectra.
