Title»Background proteome build fails with large FASTA file
Assigned To»nicksh@u.washington.edu
Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»4
An investigator using Skyline has reported that Skyline hangs trying to build a background proteome for the entire uniprot FASTA file. I tried it, and on my machine it ran out of memory during digestion.

Would be nice to be able to raise the ceiling on this limit a bit.
