The new text strings for AlphaPeptDeep starting at "AlphapeptdeepLibraryBuilder_PrepareSettingsFile_Failed..." should change as follows:
1. Use of "execute" language should be changed to "run" language, i.e. "executing" becomes "running"
2. The term "peptdeep" should be replaced with "AlphaPeptDeep". The user has requested Skyline to run the latter in its UI. I am not sure it offers any useful information to start calling it just "peptdeep" because that is somehow related to the Python code being "executed".
3. During a library build, the AlphaPeptDeep builder shows "Working..." for a long time after showing more useful messages. The message could just stay "Running AlphaPeptDeep..." as I can see output in the Immediate Window, or it could be something more informative, but not less informative like "Working...".
