Currently, if you want any kind of report that gives you peak areas for every replicate you have to build it yourself. We should have at least one report, possibly multiple (e.g. Peptide Normalized Areas and Protein Abundances) that gives you peak areas for each replicate for each "target".

We should talk to MacCoss lab members to see if they have such a report that they use.

I think people may prefer a "wide" report to a "narrow" report, but as we saw during the course, this makes it difficult to activate a replicate in the Document Grid, which suggests again that it might be nice for us to implement a way to show GCP format in the Document Grid so that you can view values associated with Replicates in a header grid on top of the main grid.
