Two things popped up in a recent Skyline course small molecule session:
A document that had explicit RT values for everything, but no iRT, would not Import Results when "Use only scans within ___ minutes of predicted RT" is selected. The lack of iRT shouldn't matter if everything has explicit RT
Brendan worked around this by creating a dummy iRT, while doing that he noticed that SSRCalc should not be on offer as an RT calculator in "Edit Retention Time Predictor" for small molecule mode.
