Panorama Public submitters sometimes choose the "Minimize Libraries" option when uploading a document to Panorama. But "idFileName" column values are not set in minimized libraries. This makes it difficult to validate that all the peptide Id files used to build the library are available on Panorama

From Nick: It looks like we never wrote the code to set the values in that column when minimizing libraries. We should fix the code in "BlibData.BlibDb.SaveSourceFile" so that it sets both "IdFileName" and "CutoffScore".
