Title»Discourage training mProphet models when explicit peak boundaries are being used from libraries

Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»3
Milestone»23.2
If there are libraries that have explicit peak boundaries in them and "Use explicit peak boundaries" is checked, the user should see a warning message if they try to train an mProphet scoring model.
They should probably also see a warning if they try to add decoys.
