During the Glycan tutorial at Dortmund the instructor showed a case where she gets incorrect idotp values until she saves the document and re-opens it.

To reproduce:
- Get SkylineForGlycomics.zip from files.url
- Extract to a folder
- Start Skyline and use molecule UI mode and Default settings
- In Transition Settings - Instrument set Max m/z to 5000, Full-Scan tab set MS1 Filtering to Count = 3 and all scans
- File > Import > Transition List - Ngly_transition_nofrag.csv
- Enable isotope transition addition
- File > Import > Results - the one .raw file included
- Look at the idotp value on the first molecule.

BUG: The idotp values reported in the Targets View will be 0.56, 0.52, 0, 0.39. If you save and reopen the file they become 0.88, 1, 0, 0.28. Saving and reopening should have no impact and the correct idotp values should be reported the firs time.
