Ok one thing I noticed that might be good to clean up (not urgent for this build). We have two collision energy default settings that are basically the same. (image001 and image 002) Would be nice to just have the one SCIEX collision energy setting, using the regression parameters for the TripleTOF on and the Step size and count from the SCIEX one.

New one would look like this, we could name it SCIEX QQQ/QTOF or just SCIEX (image010)
