Multiple people have not pointed out their desire for a way to find transitions where the isolation windows for precursor m/z and product m/z overlap, and hence have the potential for interference, if the peptides co-elute.

Would be nice to make a custom finder for this.

Sue Abbatiello from Thermo also recently requested that we find duplicate transitions that will actually cause an exported method to be rejected by Thermo instruments.
