Title»Fix ability to provide a protein description in Edit > Insert > Peptides

When I bring up the Edit > Insert > Peptides form, I am unable to figure out a way to provide a protein description with a peptide. The field is read-only and doesn't respond to a paste of data with 3 columns.

Perhaps this field is meant to be an indication that the peptide matches a protein in the background proteome. If so, then maybe we should make it editable but display an error to the user explaining this if they try to edit it. Or have some kind of hover tip. I find the current implementation pretty confusing.

Another option might be to hide it until there is something to display in it, and be more explicit about a failure to match the background proteome. So, the column is hidden until I add something. If there is a background proteome, then it appears to either show the matching description or text explaining there was not match in the background proteome.
