This was floated by Lauren Royer of MobiLion in the context of inspecting ion mobility data, but probably has merit with non-IMS data too.
It would be useful to have an option for a stacked display of the current MS1 scan and the following MS/MS scan (see attached mockup image). Presumably the left-right arrows would advance/rewind the MS/MS pane with the MS1 pane following suit to maintain meaningful context for the MS/MS pane.
Zoom and pan of the two panes would be synchronized, as with chromatogram view "split graph" functionality.
