If you normalize to Medians in the Peak Areas plot and then choose log scale, the y-axis just mentions log scale, but not the median normalization as it does when not in log scale. Presumably it has not lost the normalization. When I turn off the log scale, the y-axis mentions median normalization again. This is confusing.
