Currently, if you remove a peak the dotp/idotp/rdotp annotations or line graph show up as zero (possibly -1) when they should simple get removed from the graph.

And if I normalize to heavy when there are no heavy precursors all of the bars go away, and the rdotp annotation shows up for every replicate as "rdotp -1.00". I would prefer they just not show up. This also has an impact on the dotp line display mode. The line is not showing initially, but if you use the scrollwheel, the plot is not longer anchored to 0 and you can eventually see the rdotp line at -1 below the x-axis.

Also during data import the dotp values are all NaN. You really need to work on dotp values not showing up when they are not applicable.
