It has been requested a couple of times on the support board that we provide a way to show rdotp in the Peak Areas > Replicate Comparison plot:

The most reasonable place to show this would be when the user chooses right-click > Normalize To > Heavy (or any other standard type). This gives us a clear definition for what the rdotp refers to (the normalization ratio) and it would show up only when the peptide is selected and the number of bars usually gets reduced to just one per replicate. Though, there are some more extreme cases when multiple standard types are defined.
