We would like to make it easier for users to enter the data that is required for SDRF reports in Skyline.

SDRF reports look like this:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7116434/
https://github.com/bigbio/proteomics-metadata-standard

There is a list of templates for different experiment types (human, plant, cell line etc.):
https://github.com/bigbio/proteomics-metadata-standard/tree/master/templates

There is also a "default" template that has the minimum required attributes for any proteomics experiment:
https://github.com/bigbio/proteomics-metadata-standard/blob/master/templates/sdrf-default.tsv

The value for most or all attributes has to correspond to the name of an ontology term from one of their supported vocabularies.
